La Liga’s official announcement about Kylian Mbappe’s contract renewal.
La Liga isn’t happy about the contract renewal of Kylian Mbappe, and are actually threatening to file a lawsuit. Not only this, but they are set to put in a complaint to UEFA on the grounds of PSG breaking UEFA Financial Fair Play Regulations (FFP).
The complaint could potentially be well-founded and actually be something worth looking into. They are in deficit each year but can still – somehow – afford to offer a huge signing bonus to Mbappe? Their wage bill is already €600 million, and they reported losses of €220 million last year, accumulating to be to the value of over €700 million.
You may want to sit down for this next bit; The combined squad value of PSG is already standing at a staggering €650 million.
Round-up:
– La Liga will file a complaint against PSG.
– La Liga also says that this is an impossible investment for PSG.
